Contact

Email support@rerute.com. One person reads that inbox; expect a reply within two business days.

Keep sensitive log details out of the first message. We will only ask for the minimum information needed to help.

Your data

CSV and JSON exports are available from the account screen and are built locally on your device.

Once rerute 1.1 is on the App Store, rerute runs in the iPhone app and rerute.com no longer runs it. A journal you kept in a browser stays in that browser: rerute.com/your-data, opened in that browser, lets you download it, or back it up to an account and bring it into the app by signing in there with the same email and turning on backup.

To permanently delete an optional sync account, open Account in the app (or rerute.com/your-data, then Sign in to delete account), choose Delete account, and confirm. The account, its server backup, and every signed-in session are erased immediately, then rerute's data on the device or browser you are using. Export first if you want a copy.

If you cannot sign in, email the address above for help. Do not include sensitive log details in the message.

Apple purchases

To restore an Apple purchase, open the ReRute access screen or account settings and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel an annual subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. To ask Apple for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests. Deleting a ReRute account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

If access does not restore, contact support@rerute.com with the product type and iOS version. Do not send receipts, Apple Account credentials, or journal details.

What rerute is not

rerute is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or a crisis service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
